Basil & Nectarine Panini Sandwich

4 organic, B.C.-grown nectarines, chopped
1 cup organic cream cheese
¼ cup fresh organic basil, chopped
¼ cup organic pistachio nuts, chopped fresh ground Capers Naturals organic black pepper
Your choice bread

Place cream cheese in a bowl and beat to a soft texture.

In bowl add basil, nuts and pepper and blend well.

Add nectarines and gently blend into cream cheese.

Spread filling open faced onto your choice of bread and garnish with chopped fresh basil, chopped nectarines and some pistachios.

You can also add cold water shrimp to this dish for an added extra zing.
