Take your basic PB&J to a warmer and crispier level and try our tasty, toasted sandwich. Try almond butter and your favorite fruit spread to create delicious combinations.

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. butter
2 slices bread
2 tbsp. organic peanut or other nut butter
1 tbsp. organic raspberry or other fruit jam
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon, set aside. Heat skillet to medium heat. Spread each slice of bread with butter, on one side. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread. Spread jam over peanut butter.
Place the bread with the peanut butter and jam on it, butter side down in the skillet. Top with remaining slice of bread, leaving the butter side out. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the bread.
Cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip and cook the other side until golden. Remove from pan and slice into quarters.
