Great with a BBQ or picnic, this slaw has a crispy summer taste that stands out from the rest.
1 organic B.C. English cucumber peeled, seeded and sliced
½ cup chopped organic dates
½ small organic red cabbage, shredded
½ small organic green cabbage, shredded
1 small red organic onion sliced thin
1 teaspoon Capers Naturals caraway seeds, crushed
½ cup organic mayonnaise
½ cup plain organic yogurt
1 tablespoon organic red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Capers Organics cayenne pepper

In a large bowl place cucumber, dates, cabbage, and onion.
Blend well.
In a small bowl place remaining ingredients and mix.
Coat the cabbage mix with dressing and allow to sit in a fridge between 30 minutes to 2 hours.
