1 scoop organic whey or soy protein powder
1/2 c. blueberry juice
1/2 organic banana
1/2 c. frozen organic blueberries
1/3 c. organic plain dairy or soy yogurt
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix ingredients in blender and whir until smooth.
Variations: Replace fruit with: 1/2 c. fresh organic mango or papaya or frozen tropical fruit mix. Replace juice with pomegranate or pure cranberry juice.
