
Chef Nathan’s all-round twist on a classic PB&J sandwich
1 Ezekial 4:9 organic sprouted tortilla
2 tbsp toasted sunflower seed butter
1 organic Bartlett pear, cored & sliced thin
1 tbsp liquid honey
½ cup fresh sunflower sprouts
Spread the roasted sunflower butter in the center of the tortilla. Arrange the pear slices and drizzle with honey. Top with sunflower sprouts. Fold each end of the tortilla inward and roll up like a burrito. Wrap in waxed paper.
